Session choices and cancellation
A recreational swim uses lap and play pools without lane swimming. Length-swim users choose slow, medium or fast lanes to suit other swimmers. Sensory-friendly swims reduce numbers and remove music or running water features; accompanying adults/support persons are free, but staff support workers are not supplied.
Female-only swims cover windows and use female lifeguards; boys are not admitted at any age. Male-only swims use male lifeguards and do not cover windows. Child supervision rules still apply.
Withdraw online if unable to attend. No refunds or transfers are issued after a program starts. Online withdrawal may return a credit-card payment to the original card, subject to policy fees; subsidies return to their allocation.
