Why Join This Opportunity?

A well-established general contractor is seeking experienced Superintendents to support current and future projects across the GTA. This opportunity offers the chance to lead complex commercial and institutional projects while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking construction team.

The organization is known for investing in its people, embracing innovation, and providing long-term career development opportunities. If you're looking to join a company where your leadership and expertise will have a direct impact on project success, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

Lead site operations from mobilization through project closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project performance on site.
Work closely with project teams to manage forecasting, planning, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, contract requirements, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience delivering commercial and institutional construction projects.

Proficiency with construction technology and project management tools, including scheduling software.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with healthcare projects or self-perform work would be considered an asset.
