Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
