Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter/Sales and Marketing role based in Brampton, ON. The individual in this role will source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of warehouse, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing positions, maintaining an active pipeline of qualified talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating client interviews, and supporting onboarding and placement activities. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting staffing services through sales outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Sales and business development skills, with the ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and meet growth targets.
- Marketing skills, such as creating job postings, supporting digital and social media outreach, and promoting company services to prospective clients and candidates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing staffing environments; prior industry exposure is an asset.
