Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to support and enhance a large-scale digital platform powered by an enterprise Content Management System (CMS). This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and digital teams to drive platform improvements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver a seamless digital experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and CMS platform experience. Experience with Magnolia CMS is highly preferred; experience with comparable enterprise CMS platforms is also valued.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable development priorities.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver new platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of website functionality, content management workflows, and user experience.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support platform integrations and digital initiatives across the broader technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Strong experience supporting digital platforms, websites, or customer-facing applications.
- Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Magnolia CMS.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
