- Discretionary Portfolio Execution & Rebalancing: Manage cash flows, execute trades, and actively rebalance client accounts in strict accordance with established Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and core firm mandates, ensuring portfolios stay aligned with their verified KYC parameters.
- Compliance, Audit Readiness & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all client account files, investment policy updates, and communication logs strictly adhere to provincial securities commission guidelines and internal compliance standards. Conduct regular exception reporting reviews to identify and correct any portfolio drifts outside of approved KYC mandates.
