Warning: We Might Not Be the Right Fit
If you are looking for a high-volume, assembly-line clinic where care defaults to passive machines (hot/cold packs, AC TENS/IFC, ultrasound, laser) and pre-packaged exercise sheets, we are not the right place for you. And that’s completely okay!
If, however, you got into healthcare to solve meaningful clinical puzzles, look at the body as an interconnected system, and help patients achieve lasting breakthroughs beyond the standard playbook - keep reading.
Our Vision: "To create life-changing healing experiences, expand what’s possible, and unite people in something truly meaningful."
We believe true clinical fulfillment comes from being part of something bigger than yourself. At Body Science Therapy, we live this every day by stepping outside conventional comfort zones to help patients resolve complex, recurring pain through our root-cause, neurofunctional approach.
Why This Role Is Different
We don’t double-book, and we don’t park patients on passive modalities so you can juggle multiple tables. Our physiotherapists deliver dedicated 1-on-1 care and are given the time, autonomy, and support to think deeply and treat with purpose.
- Look Past the Symptom: We evaluate the whole nervous system - looking past where it hurts to understand why the body is compensating before touching tissue.
- Intentional Sequencing: We clear neurological interference and reset muscle signaling first. That way, loading is significantly more effective, patients experience fewer setbacks or regressions, and your exercise prescriptions yield rapid, durable results.
- A Proven Model Expanding to Pickering: Building on the success of our flagship clinic in Mississauga - proudly holding a 5-star Google rating with over 550 reviews - we are bringing our neurofunctional approach to Pickering. You’ll collaborate alongside our existing Chiro, RMT, and Athletic Therapy team as our lead on-site physiotherapist, anchoring and growing the discipline locally.
The Toolkit: How We Deliver Root-Cause Care
We view clinical modalities not as rigid recipes, but as adaptable puzzle pieces within a unified neurofunctional framework. Experience or certification in any of the following is considered a strong asset, though not required:
- Dolphin NeuroStim Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) & Scar Release
- NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)
- Neurofunctional Acupuncture
- Neurovascular Microconditioning
- Craniosacral & Systemic Autonomic Therapy
(If you don’t have experience with these tools yet, don’t worry - curiosity, diagnostic humility, and a desire to learn matter far more to us than your current certificate list.)
Taking continuing education courses on your own often leaves you stranded on an island on Monday morning, trying to figure out how to integrate new tools into practice. Here, you’ll never have to figure it out by yourself. Through dedicated 1-on-1 and regular group mentoring, we share our real-world clinical experience to help accelerate your learning, bridge course theory into everyday treatments, and comfortably support your clinical growth.
Mentorship & Professional Growth
You will never be left on an island here. We provide structured, dedicated mentorship (both 1-on-1 and regular group sessions covering a wide range of clinical and professional topics) to help you:
- Transition from visual guesswork to objective, real-time neurological testing ("Test, Don't Guess").
- Master full-pathway peripheral nerve tracing and autonomic down-regulation.
- Navigate complex, counter-intuitive cases with confidence.
- Develop clear leadership paths as our Pickering location and brand continue to grow.
