About Us
WMC Canadian Academy is expanding its multidisciplinary team to provide personalized educational, developmental, and therapeutic support for children and families.
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver individualized services in families’ homes throughout Oakville and surrounding communities.
Available Positions
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Speech and language assessments.
- Expressive and receptive communication development.
- Social communication and interaction skills.
- Support for children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
- AAC and functional communication support, where appropriate.
- Individualized therapy planning and parent guidance.
- Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Fine motor and coordination development.
- Sensory processing and regulation strategies.
- Daily living and independence skills.
- Handwriting and school-related functional skills.
- Support for children with autism and developmental challenges.
- Individualized therapy planning and parent guidance.
Requirements
- Current registration in good standing with CASLPO (SLP) or COTO (OT).
- Experience working with children, preferably including neurodivergent learners.
- Willingness to travel to families’ homes in Oakville.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
