Strong understanding of QoS-driven environments, network traffic analysis, and infrastructure optimization.
- Proven expertise in network capacity forecasting, packet-level diagnostics, and performance monitoring using tools such as ExtraHop, Riverbed ARX, Netscout InfiniStream, and network packet analyzers. Ability to identify root causes, develop remediation strategies, and oversee infrastructure improvements through implementation.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise networking environments, including performance and capacity management across AWS, Azure, and SD-WAN technologies. Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable infrastructure recommendations.
Desired Skills & Experience
- CCNP or CCIE certification, complemented by post-secondary education in networking, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with network simulation and capacity modeling platforms such as OPNET to forecast WAN utilization, evaluate infrastructure changes, and anticipate future network demands.
- Proficiency in scripting, SQL-based data extraction, or data mining for network analytics, along with exposure to wireless infrastructure and VoIP capacity planning.
