National Sales Executive

TFI Food Equipment Solutions, an Elevate Service Group company | Mississauga, ON (Field-Based, National)

About Us

TFI Food Equipment Solutions is Canada’s premium distributor and service provider of foodservice equipment, supplying Taylor, Henny Penny, and Franke Specialty Coffee to national chains and thousands of independent operators. We support customers from ideation to implementation through after-sales service. We’re a culture-driven team built on great people, great products, and the experience they create.

The Role

We’re looking for a hunter to drive national growth. You’ll win new business and expand strategic accounts across QSR, chain restaurants, hospitality, institutional, and independent foodservice. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiation, close, and handoff to our operations and service teams.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new business through outreach, referrals, networking, and trade shows
Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, franchise groups, consultants, and procurement teams
Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals
Grow existing national accounts through cross-selling and strategic planning
Manage your pipeline, quotes, and forecasting in our CRM and quoting platforms
Travel extensively across Canada (20,000+ km annually)

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice equipment
Strong food equipment knowledge, with established industry experience and connections
Confidence engaging and influencing C-suite decision-makers
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Comfort using CRM and quoting platforms, plus Microsoft Office
A proven record of exceeding targets and a self-driven, results-first mindset
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel

What We Offer

Base pay, plus an uncapped-potential commission structure
Car allowance and/or km reimbursement
Extended health, dental, and vision care
RRSP match
Paid time off
Tuition reimbursement and an EAP
Company events and casual dress

Ready to grow with us? Apply today.
