Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues.
Reconcile data between billing systems, the TMS, and the ERP to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Support customer reporting, internal reporting packages, budgeting, and forecasting.
Participate in the TMS migration and other system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain accounting procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for interim and year-end audits.

What you bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
CPA designation in progress preferred.
Experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to reconcile and analyze data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Clear communication skills and confidence explaining financial information to colleagues outside Finance.
An interest in improving processes and supporting system changes.

Our client is committed to an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
