About Us

Bardown Sports Inc. is a trusted name in sports apparel, known for premium teamwear, bold custom designs, and a brand that reflects the passion and energy of the game. From hockey barns to lacrosse fields to baseball diamonds, our gear shows up wherever competition lives and our service keeps teams coming back season after season. We blend sport, creativity, and community into everything we do, outfitting programs across North America, including collegiate teams, and expanding our footprint every year. If you love the pace, passion, and culture of sport, you’ll fit right in.

Create detailed product specifications, briefs, and development timelines.
Source and liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
Coordinate sampling, testing, and product refinement.
Monitor product quality, costs, and production schedules.
Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements where applicable.
Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to support successful product launches.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
Experience sourcing products and working with manufacturers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in teamwear, apparel, sporting goods, or consumer product development is considered a strong asset.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a freelance environment.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into market-ready products.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
