We are building a new direct-to-consumer apparel brand launching in Spring 2027. Backed by a team that's done it before, we're entering a category we believe has been overlooked for far too long. Customers deserve better products, a stronger brand, and a world-class experience. We’re here to raise the bar.
This is an opportunity to join as one of our founding employees. You'll be part of a small team making key decisions, solving meaningful problems, and building the foundation of the business from pre-launch. The pace will be fast, the challenges real, and your impact impossible to miss. Every decision you make will help shape how this business grows.
We're looking for builders. People who embrace uncertainty, move with urgency, take ownership, and are driven by the opportunity to create something exceptional. If you're excited by big challenges, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to help build a brand from the ground up, this could be a game-changing opportunity for you.
The Role:
We’re looking for a visionary and commercially-minded Director of Marketing to help bring Broad Republic to life and shape the future of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to build and execute a marketing strategy from the ground up, driving brand awareness, customer connection, and meaningful business growth. Blending brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing, you’ll turn big ideas into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strategies that deliver results. You will define how Broad Republic shows up in the market, connecting with our audience through innovative campaigns, partnerships, creators, and integrated marketing initiatives. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you’ll leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover opportunities and accelerate growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll bring the brand vision to life while building the marketing capabilities and partnerships needed for long-term success. If you’re a forward-thinking marketer who thrives on building something new and turning brand ambition into business impact, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
