Team Overview
This is your opportunity to join a dynamic company with a team that works very well together and has solid organized structures in place. Supra is rebuilding its Managed Services account management function in Canada around a pod model: every customer has a named Account Manager who owns the relationship and the revenue, paired with a Customer IT Manager (CITM) who acts as the technical co-pilot for architecture, security, and the technology roadmap. The Canadian team covers managed services customers ranging from fast-growing small businesses to complex multi-site enterprises, and works closely with Supra’s delivery, security, and leadership teams in Canada and India.
YOU ARE!
You are a people person who likes to be out of the office. You would rather meet a customer face to face than send a fourth email. You are comfortable walking into a customer’s office, introducing yourself, and listening carefully to what is working and what is not.
You are organized and reliable. Renewal dates, follow-ups, quotes, and meeting notes do not slip through your fingers. You keep the CRM current because you know the whole pod depends on it.
You are curious about technology and hungry to learn the business. You may not know what a managed services agreement or MRR is yet, but you want to, and you learn fast from the Account Managers and CITMs around you.
The Associate Account Executive is the entry point to Supra’s account management career ladder. Working alongside an Account Executive and the Account Managers, you support a book of small and mid-size managed services customers: joining and leading customer visits, coordinating renewals and quotes, preparing review meetings, and making sure every customer request is followed through to closure with the CITM pod. Within the first year you are expected to own a set of smaller accounts outright. The role reports to the
Director of Customer Success, based in Canada.
This is a field role based in the Greater Toronto Area. Supra is a hybrid workplace, but this position exists to be in front of customers: you will spend the majority of your working week on site with customers across the GTA and Southern Ontario or at Supra’s Mississauga office, and time working from home will be limited. As an Associate you will typically be with customers two to three days a week, initially alongside a senior colleague and increasingly on your own. A valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
