Our story began when Gerhard and Ida Brandt brought their passion for traditional European meat products to Canada. Nearly 70 years later, Brandt remains a proudly Canadian, family-owned business - now carrying that tradition forward into its third generation.

For us, quality has always come first. We combine time-tested family recipes with carefully selected ingredients and modern food safety and manufacturing standards to create products families know and love.

From our signature Kolbassa and traditional European sausages to premium hams, salamis and deli meats, we continue to honour our heritage while evolving to meet the tastes and needs of today's Canadian families.
