Jessica Ilton

Jessica Ilton is a Clinical Associate at New Leaf Psychology Centre, listed at the Milton office at 400 Main Street East, Suite 210, and for virtual sessions. She is registered with the CRPO as a psychotherapist and provides therapy to adolescents, adults and couples. Her integrative, client-centred approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and mindfulness-based therapy. She completed her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa and is working toward a Ph.D. in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto.
