About

Dustin Wright is the owner and operator of a Home for Life, a handyman and home-modification business serving Halton Hills and surrounding communities. Its own city pages explicitly offer services in Milton, Oakville and Burlington. These are service-area listings, with no separate branch address implied. He founded the business after seeing the difficulty families can have finding dependable home-maintenance and safety-modification support for older adults. The company focuses on helping people remain comfortable and independent in the homes they choose, working with older adults, families and care teams. The published handyman offering includes cabinets, caulking, doors, drywall repair, small flooring and tile projects, furniture assembly, shelves and fixtures, minor painting, fence/deck/gate repairs, gutter cleaning, seasonal maintenance and inspection-report punch lists. The company also advertises TV mounting and dryer-vent cleaning. Confirm the actual job, materials and assigned team with Dustin. Its physical accessibility work includes grab bars, internal and external mobility railings, entrance ramps, safer floor transitions and other home adaptations. The home-safety page describes an assessment that may involve the client, family or an occupational therapist. Ask who will provide any clinical assessment and who will carry out the building work, along with the relevant code and permit requirements. The about page describes Adaptive Home Renovation Specialist certification through the Canadian Home Builders’ Association as planned. It does not establish completion, so ask Dustin about his current qualifications for the project. The company also advertises insurance up to $2 million; request current documentation and confirm the scope and assigned trades. Email dustin@ahomeforlife.ca, call 905-288-8955 or use the estimate-request form. Include the property city, a clear job list, photographs where useful, accessibility requirements and preferred timing. Confirm the site visit, preparation, materials, disposal, assigned work, price and written terms directly.
