Derrick Block

Derrick Block is the owner identified on The Door Centre’s first-party about page. The business describes him as a hands-on installer who, with his crew, oversees window and door installations. The same page explains that he represents a later generation in the family business, which was founded in 1981. That founding date is company history, not Derrick’s personal career start. The Door Centre explicitly serves Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Hamilton, along with surrounding communities. Its showroom is Unit 10, 4280 Harvester Road, Burlington, Ontario L7L 5Z5. These service-area listings do not represent separate city branches. The business offers residential window replacement and exterior-door installation, with window, entry-door and patio-door displays available to compare in person. Its site identifies window products from Vinylbilt and Frank by Ostaco. Discuss the actual opening, material, style, glass, operating features and installation requirements with Derrick or the assigned team. The company advertises a ten-year workmanship warranty on residential window and door installations. Its warranty page explains coverage for labour relating to installation-caused operating misadjustment and products directly affected by poor installation, while excluding normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties are separate and vary by product. Ask for the current documents and exclusions before purchasing. A showroom appointment or in-home consultation can be requested through the business. Confirm current hours and appointment arrangements directly, especially for weekend visits. Email info@thedoorcentre.ca, call 905-333-4044 or use the enquiry form, naming Derrick and describing the property city, windows or doors involved and preferred timing. Confirm the site assessment, product specification, assigned installation crew, removal/disposal, scope, price and written warranty before agreeing to the work.
