- You lead the company's remarketing strategy to maximize asset value, accelerate inventory turnover, and expand the regional dealer network across Canada, executing remarketing strategies that optimize returns by balancing direct-to-dealer sales with wholesale auction channels
- You manage the end-to-end fleet lifecycle, including vehicle procurement, demand and capacity planning, utilization, inventory optimization, fleet allocation, asset performance, vehicle disposition, and remarketing across Canadian markets
- You liaise with senior leaders, OEM partners, auction providers, transportation vendors, dealerships, digital marketplaces, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships and maximize commercial and financial outcomes
- You maintain operational and financial excellence by establishing performance metrics, strengthening governance and controls, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulatory requirements - including provincial vehicle registration, safety standards, and Transport Canada requirements - mitigating risk, and implementing scalable, data-driven processes across fleet operations
- You receive and leverage market intelligence, financial performance data, forecasting models, and operational insights to optimize fleet decisions, manage residual value risk, anticipate market trends, and identify opportunities to increase profitability across the Canadian fleet portfolio
- You assist in advancing SIXT's Canada growth strategy by building, developing, and leading a high-performing Fleet organization while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
