Description
A proactive and detail-oriented professional is needed to support operational, administrative, and workforce management functions in a dynamic technology environment. This role involves managing analytics, onboarding processes, presentation preparation, internal communications, team engagement initiatives, and office logistics. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and reporting skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update department headcount trackers and generate trend reports.
- Track recruitment pipelines and hiring metrics in collaboration with HR.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain SOPs.
- Design and format executive presentations and manage meeting logistics.
- Supervise office inventory and coordinate visitor logistics.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Project Management or Business Management Support roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in office software and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and workforce management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
