Location: Brampton, ON (onsite)

Must-have skills & required skills & experience:
- Strong experience in one or more of the below-listed business domains.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle ERP/EPM, Oracle SCM, Oracle CX, SAP, Callidus, or related enterprise platforms.
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, Fit-Gap assessments, and functional design.
- Experience creating HLDs, DDDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on implementing the appropriate solution per project/program
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and support business and operations team in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution.
- Maintaining and building fit gap/RTM workbook.
- Drive and contribute to project solutions, responsible for gathering input / documenting HLD/DDD
- Understand the appropriate implementation methodology for the assigned project(s) and use on the appropriate engagements
- Manage the configuration of the Solution.
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution.
- Support the business and operations team during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live.
- Work closely with third party technology vendors; ability to challenge the vendor design to ensure what is being built satisfies the needs of our business partners.
- Support the data migration technical team and/or client with any data migration efforts.
- Assist the IT Delivery Teams in helping to build, configure and test any required integrations as needed
- Manage project/program financials and the related forecasts as required
- Complete the client work on time and budget.
