Role Description The Laptop & Cell Phone Repair Technician role at Canada Gadgets is a full-time, on-site position based in 1 Bartley Bull Pkwy #22, Brampton, ON L6W 3T7 . In this role, the technician diagnoses and repairs laptops, cell phones, and other electronic devices, including issues related to screens, batteries, ports, internal components, and software. Responsibilities include performing detailed troubleshooting, conducting equipment maintenance, and ensuring that all repairs meet company quality standards. The technician communicates clearly with customers about diagnostics, repair options, timelines, and costs, while maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves keeping up to date with new device models and repair methods, supporting a safe and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for laptops, cell phones, and related electronic devices.
- Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and appliance repair skills to perform reliable, high-quality service.
- Candidates should possess communication and customer satisfaction skills to explain technical issues clearly and support a positive customer experience.
- Relevant skills such as basic electronics knowledge, soldering, and familiarity with mobile and computer operating systems are beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Brampton, ON, manage multiple repair tickets, and maintain accurate documentation.
