Aerospace Manufacturing | $155,000–$165,000 + 15% Bonus
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a leader with aerospace manufacturing experience to strengthen governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing divisions.
Working at the corporate level, you’ll collaborate with divisional Quality, CI, and EHS teams to streamline existing management systems, align requirements, and establish consistent processes across the organization.
You don’t need to be an expert in every discipline. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in at least one management systems area who understands how to apply structured, standardized approaches across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish consistent governance frameworks and management system requirements across divisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with divisional Quality, Environmental, EHS, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Align management system requirements across standards, including ISO 9001 and other applicable frameworks.
- Support standardization and implementation of Quality, Environmental, Export Compliance, and the Magellan Operating System (MOS).
- Drive corporate-level improvements while ensuring requirements are practical for divisional teams to implement.
What We’re Looking For
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one area: Quality Management, Environmental Management, EHS, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience with management systems, governance, standardization, and implementation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or other ISO management system standards.
- Ability to identify common principles across systems and apply a consistent approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across divisions.
- Adaptability and the ability to expand expertise beyond your primary discipline.
Growth Opportunity
This role has no initial direct reports but yet partners with Managers across global teams to support all compliance efforts. This role offers the potential to grow into a broader leadership position overseeing teams across MOS, EHS, and Continuous Improvement.
Compensation: $155,000–$165,000 base + 15% annual bonus.
