The opportunity
CFSPD is seeking a strategic, compassionate leader to build on a strong organizational foundation and guide its next chapter. You will work with the Board, senior leadership team, staff, funders, and community partners to strengthen service quality, financial sustainability, and community impact.
The role combines strategy and execution, people leadership, risk and financial stewardship, Board partnership, advocacy, and responsible revenue generation. You will translate strategic priorities into practical action and measurable results while leading through growing community needs and organizational complexity with clarity, sound judgment, and a steady approach to change.
The next CEO will support the development of the Honourable William G. Davis Centre for Families as a distinct nonprofit entity connected to, and accountable through, the CFSPD Board, while managing CFSPD’s service partnership with the independently governed Safe Centre.

You build trust through clear communication, value staff expertise, and support the development of others.
