Kelly Services is offering an exciting
Operations Officer II contract opportunity with the leading
Bank in
Toronto, ON.
This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to further develop their banking operations, administrative, and analytical skills within one of Canada's leading financial institutions.
Position Details
- Title: Operations Officer II
- Location: 100% Onsite – 4880 Tahoe Boulevard, Mississauga ON, L4W 5P3
- Duration: November 2, 2026 to April 1, 2027
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour
- Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing high volumes of financial transactions (bank wires)
- Managing shared inbox requests
- Performing accurate data processing
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy
- Supporting service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience
- Transaction processing experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Excel Macros
- VLOOKUPs
- Pivot Tables
This position offers valuable exposure to financial operations, a supportive team environment, and strong potential for extension or future conversion opportunities.

Experience
- Banking or Financial : 1 year (preferred)
