THE ROLE
This is a project management role first. About 60% of the work is running programs: building and holding the critical path, briefing and managing a wide set of creative agencies and designers, chasing approvals through corporate marketing, merchandising and sales, and keeping every advertiser in a multi-vendor program moving to the same dates.
The rest of the role is delivery and care. There is campaign troubleshooting and a responsibility to make sure the customer experience is right, but this is deliberately less about optimization and impression delivery than a single-advertiser account management seat. The person also works with agencies on the digital offering that sits alongside the printed and corporate properties, and partners closely with Client Services and the Account Management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end project management of corporate seasonal and multi-advertiser programs - critical path, milestones, approvals and delivery dates.
- Brief, manage and chase a wide roster of creative agencies and designers through concept, production and final approval.
- Coordinate across corporate marketing, merchandising, sales, Client Services and Account Management to keep every stakeholder aligned to one timeline.
- Manage the many advertisers inside each multi-vendor program - their creative, their approvals and their expectations.
- Work with agency partners on the digital offering running alongside the corporate properties.
- Troubleshoot campaign and delivery issues as they arise, and make sure the end customer experience is right.
- Carry a small number of individual accounts alongside the programs for breadth and development.
- Keep clean, current program documentation and status reporting for internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years in project management, campaign or program coordination, account management, or client service - agency-side experience counts fully.
- Demonstrated ability to run many moving parts at once against fixed dates, with a lot of stakeholders and no direct authority over most of them.
- Comfort briefing and managing creative agencies and designers through a production process.
- Strong written and verbal communication - this seat spends its day chasing, aligning and confirming.
- Organized, detail-driven and calm under a high-volume calendar.
- College diploma required; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
